     A tribal leader of the All  Progressives  Congress, Osita Okechukwu, has charged the new director of Monetary and Monetary Violations Commission (EFCC), Olanipekun Olukoyede, to assist with returning billions of dollars plundered from Nigeria's ward and reserved abroad in unfamiliar banks.
